BEAM is browser friendly. That is, you can use BEAM from a PC running Internet Explorer 6 and higher, or Firefox 3 and higher. Chrome works as well. Mac users are not left out either because BEAM works with Safari. No special browser downloads or ActiveX installs are required to transfer studies with BEAM. Users wanting to attach files or upload CDs will need to install Java.
