OneMedNet is rapidly expanding into an emerging market for imaging Real World Data (iRWD). Our federated iRWD provider network supplies highly curated, regulatory grade medical imaging and clinical data to clinical researchers in life sciences. We are looking for a passionate, driven professional with sound business aptitude and natural sales instincts to help grow our rapidly expanding business.
Job Summary:
The Sales Development Rep (SDR) is responsible for securing new meetings with both potential and existing clients. The SDR will perform initial outreach to prospect companies in the pharma, medical device and imaging fields. Initial outreach will occur via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. The SDR will engage potential customers to set up the initial meetings between prospect and OneMedNet’s sales executives. The SDR will collaborate with the sales team to conduct disease and therapy specific prospect outreach as well as schedule meetings for both sales pitches and conference meetings.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility: generate one on one meetings between prospects across medical device, imaging and pharmaceutical companies and OneMedNet sales executives.
- SDR’s responsibilities:
- Establish communications existing and potential clients
- Possess a basic understanding of OneMedNet’s product offerings to included
- Understanding of OneMedNet’s provider networks
- Learn the various imaging offerings OMN can support
- OMN provider’s network
- Indexing process
- HIPAA compliant practices
- OMN patient population
- Imaging offerings
- Proactively develop relationships with existing customers to identify, qualify and develop quality opportunities to drive growth in the use of imaging RWD
- Participate in weekly sales meeting to provide updates on outreach and prospect engagement campaigns.
- New Outreach:
- Research potential prospects to include pipeline review, investor presentations, and key people to engage
- Partner with marketing and leverage marketing tools, events, and content to generate new prospect opportunities
- Drive provider new propsect growth
- Work in a collaborative team environment in support of our customer-centric culture
- Maintain CRM platform for all account, sales, marketing and lead gen activity
- Understand OMN’s Quality and Ethics Policies, support the achievement of the organization’s quality objectives, and take corrective action when necessary to mitigate organizational risk
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related area of study or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and/or account management / sales development experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and client service skills
- Effective technical presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM and Marketing automation platforms
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects/tasks while meeting deadlines
- Highly self-motivated and committed to exceeding planned objectives
Even better:
- Demonstrated functional competence in a life science discipline
- Prior work experience selling to an engaging medical imaging AI, medical devices, or pharmaceutical companies
- Understanding of clinical trials
