OneMedNet is rapidly expanding into an emerging market for imaging Real World Data (iRWD). We provide innovative solutions that unlock the significant value contained within the Real-World Data (“RWD”) repositories of over 1,400 healthcare system and provider sites that currently comprise its iRWD™ network. OneMedNet’s proprietary iRWD™ platform provides secure, comprehensive management of a continuously expanding and diverse set of clinical data, including electronic health records, laboratory results, and uniquely, medical images.
We are looking for a passionate, driven sales professional, a Sales Support Specialist, who will act as the pre-sales clinical specialist for the Sales representatives selling Real World Data Solutions. This role will work directly with customers and our Sales team to perform requirements analysis of customer requests, and to collaborate with the customer and their sales rep, to prepare a detailed scope of work and the associated quotations, and to present the OneMedNet data solution in a way that is meaningful to the customer.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in radiology and imaging, precision oncology, specialty drugs, drug commercialization, real-world evidence (RWE) and real-world data (RWD).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility: Drive adoption and sales of Real World Data, insights and analytics to both new prospects and existing customers. Customers include biopharma, medical devices, imaging and AI-focused organizations.
- Responsibilities
- Develop proposals that meet and exceed customers’ data request requirements
- Collaborate with the Data Curation team to provide accurate quotes & delivery to customers
- Work with sales leaders to manage Hospital and Clinic partnerships keeping partners up to date on recent OneMedNet activities
- Partner with marketing to implement an omnichannel strategy aimed at generating new sales opportunities
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for work-related assignments
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Minimum of Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare related field
- Prior work experience in a clinical setting as a physician’s assistance, radiologic technologist, clinical analyst, pharmacy technician or similar
- Working knowledge of healthcare information systems, such as PACS/VNA and EHR/EMR
- Solid understanding of the management of healthcare data and data quality, including use of standard healthcare terminologies and ontologies (SNOMED-CT, ICD, CPT, RxNorm, and NDC)
- Solid understanding of SFDC
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
- Desire and ability to learn new skills, systems, and processes
- Computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and client service skills
- Effective technical presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences

- Demonstrated functional competence in a life science discipline.
- Prior work experience in medical imaging AI, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
- Understanding of clinical trials, including US-FDA 510(k) / PMA regulatory pathway
