OneMedNet Corporation and emtelligent™ have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to integrate their leading-edge solutions. Both companies have partnered to work together to unlock the significant and untapped value within existing medical data. During this time, each have maintained a distinct and complimentary focus which brought together makes for a powerful and unique combination. OneMedNet will work closely with emtelligent, synergizing with the company’s emtelliPro™ medical language understanding platform providing needed access to structured medical data.
OneMedNet has been leveraging its clinical image sharing core competencies, and associated installed base, to now enable clinicians and researchers to derive a multitude of benefits from their largely dormant image archives (amongst healthcare providers). “The demand by researchers for imaging and case data far outstrips that which is available”, said Chris Hanna, CEO and President of OneMedNet. “Basically, we remove historical obstacles using advanced indexing, workflows, and de-identification.”
Using emtelliPro, emtelligent’s medical language understanding platform to process imaging and clinical reports, OneMedNet’s platform will be able to pinpoint imaging findings down to the pixel level and be able to integrate the broader context of a patient’s medical history associated with their imaging findings. emtelligent will reciprocally bring OneMedNet’s platform to commercial opportunities where its image indexing and sharing technologies will prove invaluable. “We’re extremely excited to be working with OneMedNet” said Dr. Tim O’Connell, CEO of emtelligent. “This partnership creates significant value for our customers and by working together, we can quickly and accurately understand the medical information locked in imaging and clinical data. This will enable new insights for providers, patient, administrators, and researchers.”
